As an Apprentice Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person! You’ll inspire our front-of-house legends, ensuring every guest gets a 5-star experience. 🤩 Think beyond just drinks and grub – you'll also be key in organizing awesome events like quizzes and music nights, bringing our community even closer. 🎶
What you'll do:
- Make sure every customer leaves with a smile, feeling super welcome and totally looked after. 😊
- Step up and manage the team when the managers are off duty, sorting out any hiccups like a pro. 🦸
- Keep the team organised and the pub running smoothly, even when things get hectic. 🏃♀️
- Champion a safe, legal, and spotless bar – keeping things tip-top is a must! ✅

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- No boring college lectures! 👋 This is all on-the-job training, with face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 💻
- You'll have a workplace mentor to guide you every step of the way. 🤝
- We'll support you in gaining Functional Skills in English and Maths if you need them. 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your Apprentice, Manager, and Learner Coach to track your progress and give feedback. 📈
