As an Apprentice Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person for our front-of-house squad. You'll make sure everyone's on top of their game and delivering those 5-star experiences. What you'll be doing:

• Giving every customer a genuinely awesome and unforgettable experience, every single time they visit. ❤️
• Stepping up to cover for the management team and sorting out any issues that pop up.
• Helping to run smooth and efficient shifts, keeping everything ticking like a well-oiled machine. ⚙️
• Ensuring our bar area is always safe, legal, and spotless, tackling any problems quickly and safely.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

No college attendance needed! Your apprenticeship is all about hands-on, work-based training. You’ll have face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks, plus a dedicated mentor in the workplace. You'll also get support to gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. We’ll have 12-weekly reviews with you, your manager, and your coach to track your progress.
