Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No boring lectures here! Your apprenticeship is all about hands-on, work-based training. You’ll connect with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks via face-to-face sessions and remote calls. Plus, you’ll have a rockstar mentor right here in the pub to guide you. 🚀
- You'll gain essential Functional Skills in English and Maths, with personalized support if you need it. 📚
- We’ll have regular 12-week reviews with you, your Line Manager, and your Learner Coach for feedback and growth. 📈

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
