What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping us smash tenancy management, neighbourhood services, customer support, and tenancy sustainment across the team. π€
- Teaming up with Neighbourhood and Priority Support Officers to manage tenancies, keep neighbourhoods looking sharp, and help customers thrive in their homes. ποΈ
- Shadowing experienced colleagues on tenancy visits, estate inspections, compliance checks, and neighbourhood walkabouts β you'll learn to spot property conditions and tenancy standards like a pro! π
- Identifying tenancy breaches, vulnerabilities, safeguarding concerns, and support needs, and knowing who to loop in when needed. π¨
- Assisting with customer enquiries and referrals, pointing people towards the right internal and external support services. πΊοΈ
- Becoming a whiz in housing-related issues like tenancy sustainment, welfare support, safeguarding, and domestic abuse, understanding how they impact our customers and communities. π§
- Providing admin magic β think scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and keeping our housing management and CRM systems updated with top-notch accuracy. π»
- Collaborating with your team, partner agencies, and local services to create positive outcomes for everyone. π
- Using digital tools, customer insights, and data to boost our service delivery, all while smashing your apprenticeship learning, training, and coursework. π

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of tenancies and neighbourhood services.
- Accompany colleagues on tenancy visits, estate inspections, and walkabouts to assess property conditions.
- Support the identification of tenancy breaches, vulnerabilities, and safeguarding concerns, escalating issues as required.
- Assist with customer enquiries and referrals, signposting to relevant support services.
- Support administrative activities including preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate records using housing management and CRM systems.
