You'll be trained to expertly manage and oversee shipments for our key accounts. This involves:

  • Shipment Management: Charging, costing, and coordinating the movement of goods and consignments. 🚚

  • Full Supply Chain Oversight: Managing the entire journey of a shipment for your assigned accounts, from the initial booking to the final delivery. ✨

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Customs Compliance: Making sure everything adheres to UK/EU customs regulations. 🇬🇧🇪🇺
  • Data Entry: Accurately transferring customs declaration information into our brokerage system. 💻

  • Paperwork Management: Arranging and completing all necessary documentation to prove the legality and legitimacy of imported goods. ✅

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee shipments for assigned accounts.
  • Charge, cost, and arrange the movement of goods and consignments.
  • Ensure compliance with UK/EU customs regulations, import quotas, tariffs, and HM Revenue and Customs regulations.
  • Transpose customs declaration information into the customs brokerage system accurately.
  • Arrange and complete all associated import paperwork.
