What you'll be doing:
- Providing essential daily care: feeding π, nappy changes π§·, and supporting toileting.
- Collaborating with an amazing team to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. π€
- Creating and delivering fun, age-appropriate play opportunities tailored to each child's needs and the curriculum. π¨
- Championing the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care. π‘οΈ
- Becoming a "Key Person" for allocated children and their families, building strong connections. π
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's learning and developmental progress. βοΈ
- Creating an inclusive and stimulating environment for every unique child. π±
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers. π€
- Adhering to and upholding all setting policies and procedures. π
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. π€
- Participating in regular team meetings. ποΈ
- Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. π§Ό
- Engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. π
- Liaising with external agencies (statutory and voluntary) to best support our children. π
- Undertaking other duties as requested by the Setting Manager. π

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with children aged 0-5 years old, looking after their daily needs such as feeding, nappy changing and toileting.
- Plan, provide and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs.
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care.
- Observe, assess and record childrenβs learning and development progress.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers.
