  • Office MVP: Handling general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. 📄
  • Quality Champion: Upholding our high-quality standards in line with ISO 17025:2017, including managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). ✅
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Protecting sensitive data with the utmost care, following established procedures. 🔒
  • Professional Communicator: Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to our communication policy. 👋
