What You'll Be Doing:
- Being a superhero for our littlest learners, assisting with their daily needs like feeding, nappy changing, and toileting β think of it as leveling up their independence! π
- Collaborating with an amazing team to crush the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring every child thrives. π―
- Getting creative by planning and delivering awesome, age-appropriate play opportunities that spark curiosity and align with the curriculum and each child's unique spark. β¨
- Championing the safeguarding and welfare of every child, making our setting a safe and nurturing haven. π‘οΈ
- Becoming a "Key Person" for a group of children and their families, building strong connections and being their go-to support system. π
- Observing, assessing, and documenting the incredible learning and development progress of each child β celebrating every milestone! π
- Crafting an enabling environment where every unique child feels seen, supported, and inspired to explore their potential. π‘
- Building awesome, positive relationships with parents and carers, working together as a dream team for the child. π€
- Being a pro at following and upholding our setting's policies and procedures, keeping everything running smoothly and ethically. β
- Upholding strict confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is always protected. π€«
- Joining regular team meetings to brainstorm, share ideas, and grow together. π§
- Maintaining top-notch standards of health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness β a clean space equals a happy space! π§Ό
- Taking advantage of exciting training events and meetings to boost your skills and knowledge, as identified by our setting manager. π
- Partnering with external agencies when needed to provide the best possible support for our children. π

Key responsibilities
