What you'll be doing:

• Get hands-on experience learning the art of upholstery from the pros. 🛠️
• Prep seating frames, cushions, and all the bits and pieces needed for upholstery.
• Master the techniques for fitting and securing upholstery materials like a pro.
• Become a wizard with upholstery hand tools, staple guns, and other equipment – safely, of course! 💪
• Discover a variety of upholstery techniques and finishing tricks.
• Assemble and finish upholstered seating products to our high-quality standards.
• Read and follow drawings, patterns, and production instructions.
• Spot check your own work and finished products for top-notch quality and appearance.
• Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised. 🧹
• Stick to all company health and safety rules and safe working practices.
• Be a legend as part of our upholstery and production crew. 🤝
• Complete your apprenticeship training, coursework, and assessments. 📚
• Get a grip on production targets, quality expectations, and how to work efficiently. 🚀

Key responsibilities
