Personal Care Assistant 🧑‍⚕️

What you'll be doing:

• 🌟 Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily personal care needs, always respecting their privacy, dignity, choice, and consent.
• 🛏️ Comfort & Cleanliness: Maintaining residents' rooms, clothing, and personal property to the highest standards. This includes making beds and handling soiled linen.
• 🩺 Health Monitoring: Regularly checking residents' skin health and assisting with feeding and meal times.
• 📝 Record Keeping: Accurately recording observations such as weight, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, nutrition intake, tissue viability, and liquid intake/output as per individual care plans.
• 🎉 Activity Engagement: Participating in and supporting the delivery of engaging activities for our residents.
