Your Apprenticeship Adventure: 🎓

Embark on a 15-month Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship with Mitchells and Butlers! You'll work full-time in a dynamic kitchen environment, mentored by experienced chefs, and gain a nationally recognised qualification. You'll be instrumental in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and creating unforgettable dining moments for our guests! 🎉

Important Note: Due to the nature of kitchen operations and equipment, applicants must be aged 18 or over to ensure safety and compliance with all health and safety regulations. 🔞

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail
  • Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process
  • Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules
  • Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures
