Your Apprenticeship Journey:
Join us for a 15-month Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship. You'll work full-time in our busy kitchens, learning directly from experienced chefs, all while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. This apprenticeship is delivered entirely through work-based training, so no college visits are required! You'll connect with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks for remote check-ins and have a mentor right there in the workplace to guide you. You'll also work towards gaining Functional Skills in English and Maths if you don't already have them. Regular reviews with your coach and manager ensure you're always on the right track. 🌟

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food quickly, safely, and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Communicate openly with the entire team and assist other team members.
- Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws, and all company policies and procedures.
