• Keep our customers in the loop about their orders, whether it's good news about hearing aids/glasses being ready 🥳 or updates on any delays. ⏳

Key responsibilities

• Giving customers top-notch advice
• Giving customers a warm welcome to the store
• Dealing with orders
• Efficiently answering telephone calls to the store
• Advising customers their hearing aids/glasses are ready or delayed as appropriate
