- Record Keeping: Use digital tools to keep records accurate and report any changes or concerns. ✍️
- Be a Friend: Offer companionship and chat to help combat loneliness. 🗣️
- Keep Homes Tidy: Help with light household chores like laundry and shopping to keep homes safe and comfortable. 🏡
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues, families, and healthcare pros to deliver amazing care. 🤝

Key responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity and respect
- Reading and following care plans, risk assessments and guidance to deliver safe, personalised support
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting where required
- Preparing meals and drinks and providing support with eating and drinking
- Completing accurate care records using digital systems and reporting any changes or concerns
