What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping the HSE Manager with daily H&S tasks, including site inspections, audits, and safety observations. 👀
- Assisting with risk assessments, creating safe work procedures, and keeping COSHH records up-to-date. 📝
- Supporting the reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses, and tracking corrective actions to the finish line. ✅
- Contributing to our Quality Management System, helping with internal audits, and logging findings, non-conformances, and ideas for improvement. 💡
- Using basic root cause analysis for investigations and checking that actions are implemented effectively. 🔍
- Maintaining important documentation, supporting training logistics, and contributing to continuous improvement projects across our sites. 🛠️
What You'll Bring to the Table:

This Health, Safety & Quality Apprentice role is key to our manufacturing success. You'll help us strengthen our compliance, ensure consistent quality, and drive continuous improvement. Location:
Dudley, West Midlands, UK. This role involves travel across multiple sites within the Thomas Dudley Group. 🚗
