- You'll be working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, including Paediatric First Aid and Functional Skills in Maths & English (if needed). π
Youβll spend your days at your allocated nursery and have dedicated training days with our brilliant provider, Realise. Plus, 20% of your learning will happen right there on the job! π‘

Key responsibilities
- Assist team members in providing the highest standard of compliance, care, and education for children.
- Contribute ideas to planning ensuring children receive high quality of learning and development.
- Liaise with nursery staff regarding childrenβs specific needs and requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan stimulating activities linking to individual learning and development needs.
