What You'll Be Doing:

As a Nursery Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of our supportive crew, actively contributing to children's learning, play, and development. Your mission will include:

• Being a "key person" for a group of children, building strong bonds. 🤝
• Helping with planning, observations, and assessments to track progress. 📈
• Prioritizing the safeguarding, welfare, and well-being of every child. ❤️

Requirements:

DBS check and references are required. Don't worry, the DBS is on us! ✅

Your employer will provide all the on-the-job training needed to excel. Your 20% off-the-job learning will be woven into your working day. You'll be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

• Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours
• Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if needed)
