You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while being a vital part of our kitchen team. 🎓
Your apprenticeship includes:

Minimum Age Requirement: 18+
This role involves independent alcohol sales and working within a licensed premises, so you must be 18 years or older. This is a legal requirement to ensure we operate in line with licensing laws.

Role: Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 (including Functional Skills in Maths and English)
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
