What you'll be doing:

• Dive in and learn how to crush planned preventative maintenance, and nail the paperwork and reports that come with it. 📝
• Be on the front lines for reactive and emergency breakdowns, managing the associated documentation like a pro. 🚨
• Lend a hand to your fellow team members, following directions from the Contracts Manager. 🤝
• Make sure every task is completed within the agreed-upon timeframes – no slacking! ⏰
• Be a sustainability champ by proactively finding ways to reduce energy consumption on site. 💡
• Keep an eye on visiting sub-contractors, ensuring their work and Health & Safety standards are top-notch. ✅
• Flex your adaptability by helping out at other properties within our portfolio. 🌍
• Follow all company policies and procedures like it's your job (because it is!). 📜
• Master the art of accurate and timely work documentation. ✍️

• Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.
• Oversee visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety.
• Assist other team members when required or as directed.
