As the super-friendly face and voice of our practice, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, making sure everyone feels welcomed and supported. π
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting patients and visitors with a smile, both in person and on the phone. π
- Directing patients to the right healthcare professional or service β you'll be their go-to guide! πΊοΈ
- Providing essential administrative support, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. βοΈ
- Accurately entering patient information into our systems. π»
- Filing correspondence, reports, and results promptly, so we've always got the latest info. π
- Becoming a pro at all our practice procedures and policies. β
- Being a fantastic team player and attending all mandatory training sessions. π€
- Taking ownership of your personal development and continuous learning. π±
- Handling patient information with the utmost confidence and confidentiality β patient privacy is key! π

Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.
- Support patients face to face on the front reception desk and over the telephone.
- Signpost patients to the right clinician or service.
- Provide administrative support, entering information into patient records and filing correspondence promptly.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with patients' information and data.
