Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. This is a full-time gig in our kitchen, working alongside passionate chefs while you train. Not only will you bag a nationally recognised qualification, but you'll also be a key player in running our kitchens, creating amazing food, and ensuring our guests always get the best! 🌟

- Work-based training: Forget college! Your learning happens right here, with a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a workplace mentor cheering you on. 🚀
- Functional Skills: Get your English and Maths qualifications (if you don't have GCSEs or equivalents already). 📚
- Regular Reviews: Catch-ups every 12 weeks with you, your Line Manager, and your Learner Coach to discuss your progress and get feedback. 👍

Pay:
- 18-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service, promoting a supportive atmosphere.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
