Ready to get hands-on and learn the art of deliciousness? 🥧 The Pie House at Cinderhill Farm is on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to join our amazing production team as Food Production Apprentices!

What You'll Be Doing:

Get ready to dive into the world of food creation! You'll learn everything from prepping fresh ingredients to expertly assembling our famous sausage rolls, pastries, and more. 🥐 Plus, you'll be a pro at keeping things super safe and hygienic, following all our strict food safety standards. 🧼 You'll be working alongside our awesome team, helping us meet our production goals and ensuring every bite is perfect.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures Will Include:

• Getting ingredients prepped and ready to go. 🔪
• Using ovens (with a supervisor, of course!). 🔥
• Putting together our tasty products. ✨
• Keeping your workspace sparkling clean and organised. 🧹
• Keeping an eye on our stock levels. 📦
• Supporting the team to hit our production targets. 🎯

As you grow your skills, you'll switch up tasks and get some awesome on-the-job and apprenticeship training.

Your Apprenticeship Journey Includes:

• Regular catch-ups (face-to-face and virtual!) every 4-6 weeks. 💬
• A mix of training, from workshops to webinars. 💻
• Reviews every 12 weeks to celebrate your progress with your manager and trainer. 🎉
• Feedback sessions to keep you on track. 👍
• Support to achieve your Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed!). 📚
• A solid 30 hours of paid work every single week! 💰

This is a 15-month apprenticeship where you'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. It's all about getting stuck in! You'll be on your feet a lot, doing some repetitive tasks, and working around exciting production equipment. ⚙️ Safety is key, so you'll be following all our hygiene and PPE rules. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Important Stuff:

• You'll need to be able to get to Cinderhill Farm reliably. 🚗
• This apprenticeship includes the Chef Academy Production Chef L2 qualification, along with Functional Skills in Maths and English.
