We're on the hunt for someone who's reliable, organised, super compassionate, and seriously committed to building a long-term career in healthcare. This isn't your average desk job β you'll be zipping between different clinic locations, supporting our awesome sonography team and making sure every patient feels welcomed and looked after. π€
Our current clinics are in Canvey Island, Thorpe Bay, Braintree, Billericay, and Chelmsford, and we might even be adding more pop-up spots as we grow! π That means travel is a big part of the gig, so a full UK driving license and your own set of wheels are a must. π Don't worry about hitting the road solo on day one β we've got your back with loads of support and training to get you settled.
Just be aware, this role involves some Saturday shifts and occasional clinic days that might run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a 13-month commitment, and we need someone who's ready to dive in, grow their skills, and build a future with us.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Help out in the treatment room: logging scan data and results. π
- Lend a hand to the sonographer during scans. π
- Travel between sites to support the team and liaise with doctors. π€
- Double-check reports and make sure all the details are spot on. β
- Work your magic with SAGE, Word, and Excel. π»
- Be the friendly face greeting and meeting patients. π
- Manage appointments and follow up on referrals. ποΈ
- Input data into our special system and keep records updated. π
- Deliver top-notch customer service, making patients feel totally at ease. π

Your Essential Gear:
- A full UK driving license and your own vehicle. π
- Ability to travel between Canvey Island, Thorpe Bay, and other clinic locations.
- Availability for Monday - Friday and some Saturdays.
- Flexibility for occasional 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM clinic days.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance. π―

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- All training happens right there in the workplace β no college required! π«
- You'll train towards an advanced Level 3 standard.
- Functional Skills at Level 2 if needed.

Key responsibilities
