What you'll be doing:

• Harvesting delicious fruits and veggies 🍓🍅
• Sowing seeds and propagating plants 🪴
• Keeping those herbaceous borders looking flawless 🌼
• Mastering hedge cutting ✂️
• Mowing the grounds 🚜
• Handling general grounds maintenance throughout the year, whatever the season throws at us! ☀️🌧️❄️

What we're looking for:

• A "can-do" attitude and a thirst for learning! 🧠
• Someone who thrives in a team environment 🤝
• Physical fitness is a must! This role is hands-on and requires you to be in great shape 💪
• Reliable references are required.
• We'll sort out a DBS check for you, free of charge! ✅
• Bring your gardening qualifications! 📜

Important deets:

• Location: Outskirts of Marlborough. Bus stops are a bit of a trek, so own transport is a plus 🚗💨.
• Working Outdoors: We embrace all weather, all year round! 🌦️
• Physically Demanding: This includes using ladders safely and operating garden machinery.
• Day Release: You'll get to attend Sparsholt College during term-time for some awesome learning opportunities! 🏫
