We're on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice who's keen to get practical experience across all things HR. This is your chance to jumpstart a career in HR, gain real-world experience, and earn a recognized qualification. You’ll be working closely with our HR crew, helping with the day-to-day operations, and making sure everyone gets the best possible support. You'll get to grips with key HR processes and policies, with loads of training and support along the way. 🎓

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Jumping in with general admin for the HR team, keeping all our employee records, files, and systems tip-top and super secure. 📁
  • Helping out with recruitment – from posting jobs and lining up interviews to chatting with candidates and sorting out checks. 🤝
  • Making new starters feel welcome and sorted during onboarding, getting all the paperwork done and sharing essential info. 👋
  • Assisting with employees leaving, prepping documents, and updating records. 📝
  • Being the go-to for basic employee and manager questions, and knowing when to pass bigger stuff to the team. ❓
  • Keeping records accurate for holidays, sickness, training, and other employee info. 🗓️
  • Helping create letters, contracts, reports, spreadsheets, and other HR documents. ✍️
  • Organizing and managing employee training records and helping coordinate training sessions. 📚
  • Making sure our HR processes follow company rules, procedures, and the law. 📜
  • Keeping all employee info confidential and handling sensitive data like a pro. 🤐
  • Lending a hand with cool HR projects like employee engagement, wellbeing, and making our HR processes even better. ✨
  • Supporting the HR team with meetings, getting docs ready, and taking notes. 🖊️
  • Learning about employment law, HR policies, and best practices as part of your apprenticeship. 🧠
  • Attending training sessions and completing coursework for your apprenticeship, putting your new skills into action. 💡
  • Building awesome working relationships with colleagues, managers, and everyone across the company. 😊
  • Taking on other HR tasks as needed to help the team out. 🌟

What You'll Need:
