Ready to dive into the world of tech and get hands-on experience? Centurion is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our expanding team. You'll be supporting clients nationwide with their IT systems, software, and infrastructure, gaining invaluable real-world skills. π»β¨
What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping set up, test, and install our in-house software and its related hardware. π οΈ
- Providing awesome remote and in-person technical support to our clients. π€
- Troubleshooting and fixing IT issues using cutting-edge remote tools and your own problem-solving genius. π‘
- Building, configuring, and keeping our PCs, laptops, and network gear in top shape. βοΈ
- Installing and maintaining crucial cabling like Cat6/7 and fibre. π§΅
- Assisting with user accounts, software installs, and system configurations. π§βπ»
- Contributing ideas to make Centurion's IT systems and processes even better! π±
