What you'll be doing:
- Nurturing little minds and bodies β fostering communication, language, physical, social, and emotional growth in children. π£οΈπͺπ
- Helping to create and deliver super fun learning activities that spark curiosity and creativity, all aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage. π¨π‘
- Teaming up with experienced practitioners to observe and track children's progress, keeping accurate and insightful records. βοΈ
- Being a guardian of fun and safety! Ensuring every child's health, well-being, and security is top priority, following all our policies. π‘οΈ
- Collaborating with your colleagues, soaking up knowledge from seasoned pros, and contributing to a positive and supportive team vibe. π€

What you need:

Your training journey:
- This apprenticeship includes dedicated time away from the nursery to complete your specialist training at our Bromsgrove Campus. π«
- You'll study to gain professional knowledge and skills with a day-release schedule. ποΈ
- Expect 4 days a week in the nursery setting and 1 day a week at college. π

Key responsibilities
- Provide care and learning opportunities for children, promoting their development.
- Help to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences and activities.
- Support practitioners in observing and assessing childrenβs learning and development, recording progress, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, following nursery policies and procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues, learning from experienced practitioners and contributing to a positive learning environment.
