We're on the lookout for a passionate and eager individual to kickstart their career as an Early Years Level 3 Apprentice! 🤩 This is your chance to dive headfirst into the world of childcare, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and growing professionally. 🌱

What you'll be doing:

  • Getting stuck into on-the-job training to nail those essential childcare skills, from keeping a watchful eye on little ones 👀 to managing behaviour like a pro 🌟 and bringing learning activities to life 🎨.
  • Teaming up with our experienced crew to master age-appropriate learning activities and see them in action. 🤝
  • Making sure the safety, health, and happiness of the children are always top priority. ❤️
  • Building awesome, positive relationships with the kids, creating a super supportive and nurturing space for them. 🤗
  • Helping to plan and run cool educational activities that fit perfectly with our childcare curriculum. 📚
  • Working alongside lead educators to create an exciting and enriching learning environment for everyone. ✨

This apprenticeship includes:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard 🎓
  • Paediatric First Aid certification 🩹
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (if needed) 💯

You'll be training one day a week at our Colindale Centre (NW9). 🏫

Key responsibilities

  • Develop practical childcare skills, including child supervision, curriculum implementation, and behavior management
  • Work collaboratively with experienced staff to implement age-appropriate learning activities
  • Assist in prioritising the safety, health, and overall well-being of children
  • Foster positive relationships with children, creating a supportive and nurturing environment
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of educational activities
