  • Leading and inspiring playroom staff.
  • Championing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Keeping children safe and secure with your expert knowledge of safeguarding. 🛡️
  • Observing and assessing child development like a pro. 🧠
  • Mastering the Early Years Inspection Framework.
  • Prioritizing health and safety in the workplace. 👷‍♀️
  • Understanding and implementing support for Special Educational Needs. 🤝

Embark on an exciting 18-24 month apprenticeship journey! 🎓 You'll dive deep into essential topics like:

  • Principles of Healthcare & Safeguarding
  • Person-Centred Care & Support
  • Basic Life Support & Physiological Measurements
  • Dementia & Cognitive Support
  • Moving, Handling & Infection Control
  • Lifespan Development & Healthcare Needs
  • Duty of Care & Legislation

Higher-level pathways can explore specialized areas such as dementia, learning disabilities & autism, children & adolescent mental health, and more! Upon completion, you'll earn a Level 2 or 3 qualification and a TQUK Diploma in Care. 🎉

Regular teaching sessions (bi-weekly or monthly) will fit your learning style. Your tutor will be there every step of the way to help you smash your goals! 🏆

We start with an online assessment to understand your learning style so we can personalize your experience. Our state-of-the-art e-portfolio system will keep you on track, and at the end, an independent assessor will evaluate your skills. 🎯
