What you'll be doing:
- Be part of a supportive management team, providing top-notch care and exciting educational experiences for kids aged 0-5. π
- Help your fellow educators deliver our awesome curriculum and high standards. π
- Work towards your early years qualification with all the support you need from us and our training partners. π
- Learn and grow by seeking guidance from experienced team members. π±
- Tackle daily essentials for our little ones: feeding, nappy changes, and toileting. π§Ό
- Collaborate with the team to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements for every child. β
- Plan, provide, and support engaging, age-appropriate play activities tailored to each child's needs and our curriculum. π¨
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child is your top priority. π‘οΈ
- Observe, assess, and document each child's learning journey and development. π
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that celebrates each unique child. β¨
- Build fantastic, positive relationships with parents and carers. π€
- Follow our setting's policies and procedures to the letter. π―
- Participate in regular team meetings to share ideas and grow together. π£οΈ
- Maintain our high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. π§Ό
- Attend extra training and meetings as identified by the Setting Manager to boost your skills. π
