Business Administrator Apprentice 🚀
Join Phillips Joinery as a Business Administrator Apprentice and become a vital part of our team! You'll support our daily operations, working closely with experienced colleagues to ensure we deliver top-notch service to everyone we connect with. 🤝
What you'll be doing:
- Arranging deliveries and scheduling timings 🚚
- Inputting data for invoices and sending them out 📧
- Following up on overdue orders to hit delivery deadlines 🎯
- Helping the Purchasing Department keep stock levels up for smooth operations 📦
- Communicating with suppliers and sorting out invoice queries 📞
- Keeping supplier and client info up-to-date 📋
- Making sure we have the right equipment supplies 🛠️
- Assisting in creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the business ✅
- Adhering to all GDPR regulations 🔒
- Supporting sales and marketing with admin tasks and engaging with stakeholders 📣
- Ordering and managing compliance 💯
- Managing costs and tracking expenditure 💰
- Handling emails and customer enquiries 💬
- Creating and updating job records 📁
- Preparing quotes and documents for the team 📄
- Ensuring continuity of supply for internal items 🔄
- Updating overdue order reports and working with suppliers to speed things up 💨
- Adding new stock items to our management system ⬆️
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence is a must! 🚗
