  • Tackling basic frame repairs. 🛠️
  • Learning about different lenses, tints, and coatings. 🌈
  • Ordering glasses and contact lenses. 🛒
  • Handling NHS paperwork accurately. ✍️
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments. 🗓️
  • Using a focimeter to read prescriptions. 🤓
  • Explaining contact lens options. 💧
  • Conducting basic eye tests like retinal imaging and visual field tests. 🎯
  • Sharing awesome offers and products with customers. 🎁

Key responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and assisting with frame selection.
