Regulatory Compliance Apprentice 🎓
Langdons is on the hunt for a driven individual to join us as a Regulatory Compliance Apprentice! You'll be studying towards your Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while making a real impact. 🚀
As part of our team, you'll be supporting our Risk & Claims, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance departments. Your mission? To help us keep our compliance game strong across the entire business. 💪

What You'll Be Doing:
Risk & Claims:
- Helping with the admin and tracking of accidents, incidents, and insurance claims. 📝
- Keeping our risk, incident, and claims records spic and span. 💻
- Pitching in on investigations for incidents and customer claims. 🕵️
- Assisting with reports, stats, and trend analysis. 📈
- Supporting the business in sticking to policies, procedures, and regulations. 💯
- Chatting with internal teams and external folks, including insurers. 🗣️
Health & Safety:
- Lending a hand with health and safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. 🧐
- Supporting accident and incident reporting. 📣
- Tracking actions from audits, inspections, and investigations. 👀
- Maintaining compliance records, legal registers, and training docs. 📚
- Helping with health and safety reports, stats, and comms. 📢
- Supporting initiatives that boost health and safety awareness. 💡
Quality Assurance:
- Assisting with internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. 🔎
- Supporting the management of corrective and preventative actions. 🛠️
- Keeping quality records, policies, and procedural docs up-to-date. 📁
- Helping review audit findings and spotting areas for improvement. ✨
- Producing KPI reports and compliance performance info. 🎯
- Supporting prep for customer, certification, and regulatory audits. ✈️

Key responsibilities
