As a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Apprentice, you'll be a key player in making sure our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine. ⚙️ You'll be learning on the job while working towards your apprenticeship, picking and checking orders with precision, and contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. 📦

What you'll be doing:

  • Picking and checking orders accurately. ✅
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. 🤝
  • Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe. ✨
  • Maintaining top-notch health and safety standards. ⛑️
  • Hitting your targets and job standards set by the Warehouse Manager. 🎯
  • Communicating effectively between management and your depot colleagues. 🗣️
  • Handling regular, repetitive lifting (light, medium, and heavy). 💪
  • Dealing with customers professionally and courteously, following LWC Drinks' guidelines. 💬
  • Loading and unloading company vehicles and helping with depot deliveries. 🚚

What you'll need:

  • A good grasp of numbers (numeracy skills) and a sharp eye for detail when picking and checking products. 💯
  • To be 18+ due to our Health & Safety/Insurance policy. 🔞

What you'll get:

  • A Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Apprenticeship qualification. 🎓
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English (if needed). 📚
  • 20% of your time dedicated to training (no day release required!). 💡
