As an integral part of our warehouse, you'll dive into 5 key areas:
Stock Investigation Operator:
- Track down and investigate 'not in location', 'cycle count', and 'negative balance' info systematically and accurately within 24 hours. ๐
- Process call centre counts as they come in.
- Complete stock adjustment forms to the highest standards.
- Conduct daily audits. โ
Logistics Operative / Picking Operator:
- Gather computer tickets and fill out all necessary paperwork. ๐
- Keep all areas spotless and organized. ๐งผ
- Perform pre-use inspections on powered equipment and report any issues immediately. โ ๏ธ
Despatch Operator:
- Safely load and unload finished goods. ๐ฆ
- Verify the accuracy of all paperwork.
- Report any damaged packaging, goods, or components to the team leader. ๐ฉ
Goods Inwards Operator:
- Receive incoming goods and match them against delivery documentation. ๐
- Relocate stock within the warehouse, flagging any inaccuracies or damages.
- Conduct pre-shift checks.
- Operate powered equipment (if licensed).
Waste Management Operator:
- Receive, process, and collect waste from support departments. โป๏ธ

Key responsibilities
- Investigate stock discrepancies and complete relevant documentation and daily audits.
- Collect computer tickets, complete paperwork, and maintain clean and tidy work areas.
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of finished goods, checking accuracy of documentation and reporting damage.
- Receive and re-locate incoming goods, verifying against delivery documentation and reporting inaccuracies.
- Receive and process waste materials, collecting from support departments as required.
