Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- Work-Based Learning: No college! Your apprenticeship is delivered on the job with face-to-face sessions and virtual catch-ups with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You'll also have an in-house mentor. 🧑🏫
- Essential Skills: Gain Functional Skills in English and maths, with tailored support if you need it (no worries if you don't have GCSEs). 📚

Apprenticeship: Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3 (including Functional Skills in maths and English).
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
