Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support.
  • Assist customers with the selection, measurement, adjustment, and basic repair of spectacle frames.
  • Interpret clinically issued prescriptions and apply knowledge of ophthalmic lenses.
  • Manage the ordering and dispensing of prescription glasses and contact lenses.
  • Conduct pre-screening tests and communicate product and offer information.
