- Become a Machine Pro: Learn how to set up and operate spinning machinery like a boss.
- Work with Diverse Materials: Get familiar with different metals and how to make them sing. πΆ
- Read the Blueprint: Understand customer drawings and specs to make exactly whatβs needed. π
- Quality Control King/Queen: Learn to measure components and ensure top-notch quality. β
- Tool Time: Get skilled in the safe and correct use of tools and equipment. π§

The Deets:
- Apprenticeship: Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship, Mechanical pathway.
- Duration: 15 months.
- Training: A mix of on-the-job learning with our experienced team and formal training at In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge (1 day/week for the first year).
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 or over due to industry regulations. π
- Location: Must be within reasonable commuting distance, especially if using public transport. π
