What you'll be doing:
- Supporting children’s learning and development according to the EYFS framework. 📚
- Planning and delivering awesome, engaging activities with guidance from our experienced staff. 🎉
- Tracking children's progress through observations, assessments, and learning journeys. 📝
- Fostering children's personal, social, and emotional growth. ❤️
- Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring everyone feels included. 🌈
- Collaborating with colleagues and families to help children thrive. 🤝
- Keeping children safe, healthy, and happy at all times. ✅
- Following all safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality policies. 🛡️
- Recognising and reporting any safeguarding concerns promptly. 🚨
- Contributing to a warm, stimulating, and fun learning environment. 🌟

This role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding and child protection. We’re committed to keeping kids safe, so successful applicants will undergo background checks including references, an Enhanced DBS check, and verification of identity and right to work.
Training:
Your training will be a mix of on-the-job learning, regular check-ins, and support from your dedicated Parenta tutor. We’ll ensure you gain all the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for your apprenticeship. 🎓
