What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting children's learning and development, following the EYFS framework. ๐Ÿ“š
  • Planning and delivering awesome, engaging activities with guidance from our experienced team. ๐ŸŽ‰
  • Tracking progress through observations and contributing to assessments and learning journeys. โœ๏ธ
  • Nurturing children's personal, social, and emotional growth. โค๏ธ
  • Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring everyone feels included. ๐Ÿค

This role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities and maintain professional conduct. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, so successful applicants will undergo rigorous safer recruitment checks, including references, an Enhanced DBS check, right to work, identity, and qualification verification.

Training: Your training will be a mix of on-the-job learning, regular check-ins, and dedicated support from your Parenta tutor. You'll also receive off-the-job training to equip you with the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours for your apprenticeship.
