What you'll be doing:
- Supporting children's learning and development according to the EYFS framework. π§
- Planning and delivering awesome, engaging activities with guidance from our experienced team. π
- Completing observations and contributing to assessments and learning journeys. π
- Nurturing children's personal, social, and emotional growth. β€οΈ
- Promoting positive behaviour and making sure everyone feels included. π€

- Keeping children safe, healthy, and happy at all times. β
- Following all safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality policies. π‘οΈ
- Recognising and reporting any safeguarding concerns appropriately. π¨

We're looking for someone who:

This role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity. You'll be expected to uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities and maintain professional conduct. We're all about keeping children safe, so successful applicants will undergo thorough checks including references, an Enhanced DBS, right to work, identity, and qualification checks. π
Training & Support:
Parenta will provide your training through a mix of on-the-job learning, regular check-ins, and a dedicated tutor. You'll get all the support you need to develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours for your apprenticeship. π
