• Tracking progress through observations and contributing to learning journeys. 📝
• Nurturing children's personal, social, and emotional growth. 🤗
• Championing positive behaviour and making everyone feel welcome. 💖
• Teaming up with colleagues and families to support each child's journey. 🤝
• Keeping children safe, healthy, and happy – always! ✅
• Following safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality rules like a pro. 🛡️
• Spotting and reporting any safeguarding concerns. 👀
• Helping create a warm, fun, and stimulating learning environment. 🌈

Your Training Package:

• Earn your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. 🎓
• Gain a Paediatric First Aid qualification. 🚑
• Training is a mix of hands-on experience, regular check-ins, and dedicated support from your Parenta tutor. 📚
