• Fueling children's learning and development according to the EYFS framework 🧠
• Planning and leading awesome, engaging activities (with a helping hand from our experienced team!) 🎨
• Observing and contributing to assessments and learning journeys – watch those milestones happen! 👀
• Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional growth – be their go-to! 🤗
• Championing positive behaviour and making sure everyone feels included. 🤝
• Collaborating with colleagues and families to boost each child's progress. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Keeping our little ones safe, healthy, and happy – always! ✅
• Following all safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality rules. 🤫
• Recognising and reporting any safeguarding concerns – your awareness matters! 🚨
• Helping to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where kids can explore. 🏡

This role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity. You'll be expected to uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities and maintain professional conduct at all times. For safeguarding, successful applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including satisfactory references, an Enhanced DBS check, right to work verification, and identity checks.

How You'll Learn: We combine hands-on workplace learning, regular progress reviews, and dedicated support from your Parenta tutor. You'll get plenty of "off-the-job" training to build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you need to nail your apprenticeship! 🎓
