As an Apprentice Early Years Educator, you'll embark on an exciting journey towards a Level 3 qualification, shaping the futures of children aged 0-5. 🧸 You’ll be instrumental in their learning and development, following the EYFS framework and creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. 🌈
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and delivering awesome, engaging activities with guidance from our experienced team. 🎨
- Observing children, contributing to assessments, and building their learning journeys. ✍️
- Supporting their personal, social, and emotional growth. 🤗
- Promoting positive behaviour and making sure everyone feels included. 💖
- Collaborating with colleagues and families to champion children's progress. 🤝
- Prioritising the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child, always. 💯
- Adhering to safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality policies – you're a key protector! 🛡️
- Recognising and reporting any safeguarding concerns with confidence. 👀
- Contributing to a vibrant and stimulating learning atmosphere. 💡
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with children is a MUST! ❤️
- Commitment to completing your Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. 🎓
- Reliable daily travel to the employer's location. 🚗 (Please check your route before applying!)
- An understanding that this role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity.
Important stuff:
- Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive safeguarding checks, including an Enhanced DBS. 📋
- Training is a mix of hands-on experience, regular reviews, and dedicated tutor support from Parenta. 📚
