What You'll Be Doing:
- 📚 Support children's learning and development, following the EYFS framework.
- 🎉 Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities with guidance from our awesome team.
- 📝 Complete observations and contribute to assessments and learning journeys.
- 💖 Foster children's personal, social, and emotional growth.
- 🌟 Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practices for everyone.
- 🤝 Collaborate closely with colleagues and families to support each child's progress.
- 🛡️ Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children is always a top priority.
- ✅ Follow safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality procedures like a pro.
- 👀 Recognise and report any safeguarding concerns with confidence.
- 🏡 Help create a nurturing and stimulating learning space.

Who We're Looking For:
- 🤩 A genuine passion for working with children is a MUST!
- 💯 Commitment to completing your apprenticeship qualification.
- ✅ Understanding that this role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity.
- 🤝 Willingness to fulfil safeguarding and child protection responsibilities and maintain professional conduct.
