• Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities with a fantastic team of experienced pros. ✨
• Observing children, contributing to assessments, and building their learning journeys. 📝

• Promoting positive behaviour and making sure everyone feels included. 🤝

• Following all safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality rules.
• Knowing what to do and how to report any safeguarding concerns. 🚨
• Helping to create a warm, vibrant, and stimulating learning environment. 🌈

This role involves regular interaction with children and may include regulated activity. You'll need to be super committed to safeguarding and maintaining professional conduct at all times. Your Training Journey:

We've got your back! Your training will be a mix of learning on the job, regular check-ins, and awesome support from your dedicated Parenta tutor. You'll also get dedicated off-the-job training to build the skills and knowledge needed to rock your apprenticeship! 💯

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver engaging activities
• Complete observations and contribute to assessments and learning journeys
• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children, following safeguarding and child protection procedures
