What your apprenticeship involves:
- No college trips needed! We do work-based training with a mix of in-person sessions and virtual team calls with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 🧑🏫
- You'll also have a mentor in the workplace to guide you. 🌱
- Get your Functional Skills in English and Maths sorted, with support tailored to YOU (if you don't already have GCSEs or equivalents). 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your Learner Coach for feedback. 🔄
- On top of your full-time chef gig, you'll join our amazing Chef Academy. Get ready for four masterclasses packed with expert knowledge and killer technical skills across different cooking styles. 🔪
