Good to know:

• You *must* be 18+ to apply. ✅
• This is a 15-month Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship (Mechanical pathway). 🎓
• You'll train at In-Comm Training Services (1 day/week) and gain real experience at Winward Engineering with your assessor. 🏢
