  • Responding & Assisting: Master the Nurse Call System, answer doors and phones, and relay messages efficiently. ๐Ÿ“ž
  • Sharing Insights: Report on the well-being of service users and conduct regular checks as directed.
  • Warm Welcome: Make visitors feel at home, offering refreshments and assistance. ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Maintaining a Clean & Tidy Environment: Make beds, keep rooms organised, and manage waste disposal responsibly. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Equipment Care: Clean and maintain essential equipment like wheelchairs and hearing aids, ensuring the care centre is always neat and tidy. โœจ
  • Personalised Care: If applicable, carefully manage service users' clothing and rooms, ensuring items are marked and recorded.
  • Upholding Privacy: Maintain the utmost privacy and dignity for those who are dying or bereaved, adhering strictly to policies. ๐Ÿ™
  • Mealtime Support: Assist with meals, being mindful of swallowing difficulties and dietary needs. Help with serving food and drinks, and washing up as needed. ๐ŸŽ
  • Outings & Travel: Escort service users on social outings or to appointments. ๐Ÿš—
  • Integrity First: Always act with honesty and integrity in all dealings, respecting personal and financial affairs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and assistance to Service Users with all aspects of daily living and care needs.
