What you'll be doing:

• Connecting with people: Using your communication skills (with training provided! 😉) to build positive relationships.
• Assisting with daily life: Supporting with personal care, bathing, and promoting hygiene standards. 🧼
• Empowering independence: Helping individuals participate in activities, outings, and household tasks like cooking and cleaning. 🍳🧹
• Supporting care plans: Contributing to plans that help people live their best lives.
• Record keeping: Accurately documenting observations and important information. ✍️
• Managing finances: Assisting with day-to-day cash handling for errands. 💰
• Learning and developing: Completing your apprenticeship within the agreed timescale and taking part in relevant training.
• Following best practices: Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Apprenticeship Details:

This is a 10-month apprenticeship program delivered with Paragon Skills, an award-winning provider. Upon completion, you'll have your Adult Care Worker Level 2 qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with people we support care, including personal care, while being appropriately supervised.
• Participating in the development and implementation of people we support’s care plans.
• Undertaking and/or assisting people we support with household activities.
• Recording and completing any appropriate documentation.
